Studios and apartments are in very good condition and very well equipped. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or pullout beds. In apartments choose between a sofa or 2 separate beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally.

There are two parks outside of the complex for those wishing to take a jog, Choisy Park and Montsouris Park. The Club Med Gym Fitness Club as well as a swimming pool are located within the commercial center the residence is attached to.
