This charming apartment hotel offers a total of 71 air-conditioned apartments and studios, each fully equipped to accommodate between 1 and 4 guests. There are also 2 meeting rooms available for seminars, conferences and meetings. Additional facilities include a lobby with lift access, a breakfast room and a car park.

The studios and apartments feature a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, cooker, tableware and coffee maker, air conditioning, individual heating, satellite and pay TV, ADSL and wifi Internet connection (coming soon) and a direct dial telephone. All accommodation units have a private en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. In the studio, there is a sofa bed (2 people maximum) and in the apartment, there is a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed (4 people maximum).

Breakfast is served daily.

Guests may make use of the pool.

Check-in: the apartments are available from 4 pm. The reception is open from 8 am to midday and from 2 pm to 8 pm on weekdays; from 8 am to midday and from 3 pm to 8 pm on Saturdays; from 10 am to midday and from 5 pm to 8 pm on Sundays. Guests should check out no later than 11 am.

From the train station: take tram line C (in front of the station) to Place des Quinconces and then take tram B until the Medoc bus stop, cross the quay (with the river behind) and take the street named Poyenne on the left (with a stone archway), then take the first left (Andre Darbon) to get to the Place Paulavisseau. From the airport: take the Shuttle Jet Bus and stop in the centre of town in front of the tourist office.
