Built in 2008, the hotel offers a total of 160 apartments in a modern style for either a few days or a few weeks. The residence is fully air-conditioned and provides a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service and lift access. Guests can enjoy their breakfast in the breakfast room and for an extra fee they can take advantage of the laundry facilities and the hotel car park.

Each apartment is decorated in a modern style and is fully equipped with satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, an en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and both coffee and tea making facilities. In the interest of comfort and convenience the rooms are also fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and heating units.

A buffet breakfast is served each day except for Sundays.

Follow signs to Bordeaux centre. On the boulevards, follow signs to “centre hospitalier� till you reach the Saint-Augustin barrier. Follow sign to Porte de Bordeaux parking lot and immediately turn right into the side-alley. The residence is located next to the Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
