Renovated in 2008, this luxury hotel is known as one of the
friendliest in Latin America and is recognised for its excellent
level of service. The family-friendly city hotel comprises a total
of 275 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, including 32 apartments.
It offers contemporary style and European elegance, and each room
is fitted with the necessary facilities for business and leisure
travellers. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with
a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency
exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access and a hairdressing
salon. The hotel offers a café, a bar and a restaurant, and

Rooms
All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a
hairdryer, as well as a double or king-size bed with Swiss bedding
and Egyptian cotton bed linen with a thread count of 300. All rooms
are equipped with a direct dial telephone with voicemail, cable TV,
a data port, a hi-fi system with radio and Internet access. They
have umbrellas, a minibar and a digital safe. Furthermore, tea and
coffee making facilities, an ironing set and individually regulated
air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as
standard. For guests requiring more space, the fully equipped and
furnished apartments for extended stays feature a separate living
area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Restaurant & Food
Five excellent restaurants offer a wide variety of international
cuisine. From swiss and Japanese, to prime steaks and sumptuous
buffets, there is a set menu to suit every palate.
Activities & Sport
The hotel spa is the perfect place for relaxation or an energising
work-out in the gym. Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming
pools (1 of which is heated) and a children's swimming area. Guests
can get a refreshments at the poolside snack bar and relax on the
sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. They relax in the
sauna, steam bath or hot tub, or with a massage or spa treatment.
Guests can also enjoy an aerobics session or a game of squash,
paddle tennis or tennis.
