Conveniently located in the city centre, about 2 km away from Malaysia and Singapore border. Duty Free Zone and various shopping complex are within easy reach. Within closed proximity are Causeway linking Johor Bahru and Singapore, shopping complex, Duty Free Zone and several attractions.

The 14 storey building hotel houses 140 rooms which is equipped with amenities and facilities to accommodate all needs guests might need. There are three category of rooms, Superior King, Superior Twin and Corporate Suite. The hotel is also able to cater for banquet and meeting arrangements for corporate organizations and government bodies. The hotel houses a Ballroom and three meeting rooms which are able to carry seating capacity of 200 dinner banquet and the meeting rooms are able hold about 120 participants.

Rooms
Rooms are design in contemporary style with dark brown furnishing. Floor are laminated, there is long writing table but part of it is use to place the television. Some of the rooms has bay window, Superior rooms are located on the lower level. All rooms are equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. Bathroom is small and has standing shower.

The lobby has long reception counter with wooden backdrop and there are some seating area available.
