Renovated in 2006, the residence features 67 houses and 40
apartments with 1 to 4 rooms and ranging from 20 to 85
m². It is located in a secure environment and provides
spacious and comfortable interiors. The houses are fully equipped.
The family-friendly establishment provides a reception hall, a
breakfast room and a car park for guests.
Rooms
The apartments and houses each come with a private bathroom and a
fully equipped kitchen with an electric or ceramic hob, a microwave
or an oven, a refrigerator and crockery. Some units additionally
feature dishwashers and washing machines. Satellite TV with Canal+,
direct dial telephone and free high-speed Internet access comes
standard in all accommodation.

Comments
Reception is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reception is open from 8:00
am to noon and from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. If arriving outside of
reception hours, please contact the residence to get access
codes.
Directions, How to get
there
By train: Nantes station is 12 km from the residential park. For
access from the north, take the tramway line 1 to la Beaujoire, and
stop at Haluchere. Then take the number 85 bus in the direction of
Bois Saint Lysand, and stop at Danemark. By car: From
Rennes/Vannes: Take the RN in the direction Poitiers. Then take
exit 41 for Porte de Carquefou, and turn left in the direction of
Angers/Paris/Saint Luce. From Poitiers/Cholet: Take the ring road
in the direction of Paris, then Rennes. Take exit 41 for Porte de
Carquefou, and take a right at the first set of lights. The guests
will then be on the Rue de Paris. After the Nantes Est companies,
take the first right towards the centre and
"aéré de l'Aubinière". Then
turn right onto Rue des Citrines, and take the second entrance on
the left to find reception. From A11 Paris: Take exit 22 for the
South ring road (peripheral) in the direction of Bordeaux. Then
exit 23 in the direction of Beaujoire. After around 1.5 km (the
restaurant, the Cricket will be on the right), make a U-turn on the
Rue de Paris. Then, take the first right towards the centre and
"aéré de l'Aubinière". Turn
right onto Rue des Citrines, and take the second entrance on the
left to find reception.
