This boutique hotel comprises a total of 93 rooms, spread over 11 floors. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, lift access, a lounge/ bar, a restaurant, a WLAN Internet access point, the option of a laundry service or alternatively the use of self-service laundry facilities (charges apply). Parking is also provided for those arriving by car. The spacious tropical veranda makes it an oasis in the heart of the city.

Each of the unique rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, as well as cable TV, a stereo system, Internet access, a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. Individually adjustable air conditioning, a safety deposit box and either a balcony or a terrace also come as standard.

Hotel has a cafe with a cozy and casual atmosphere for foods, drinks, conversations and laughs. The hotel bar draws a lively crowd with its nightclub ambience and 16 private karaoke rooms. Continental breakfast is served every morning on the veranda.

Effective immediately, the Aston Waikiki Joys Cappuccinos Café has been renamed as Gen Restaurant and Bar. There is a mandatory $10.00 resort fee that will be collected locally by the hotel.
