The hotel offers 22 family-friendly accommodation units as well as a 24-hour reception, a restaurant and bar, and 2 conference rooms, which can comfortably host up to 150 delegates. This property also specialises in weddings and private functions with an exclusive function room accommodating 150 guests easily. There is a small, private car park with complimentary parking for guests. Room service is also available for a fee.

By car: Begin by travelling on the A47 from Norwich, and take the turn off, which is sign-posted as East Dereham. At the 1st roundabout, take the 3rd exit. Then at the set of traffic lights, keep travelling straight along London Road and the high street. At the following junction, turn left onto Church Street. The hotel is at the end of Church Street. The entrance to the hotel's car park is just before the church.
