This large hotel has an international mix of guests and is located on the beach with spacious grounds. For dining options there is the main restaurant and also an à la carte restaurant (an extra charge applies). Further facilities include shops, a hairdresser, a disco and Internet access in the lobby (fee payable). With a total of 580 guest rooms, the establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. A cloakroom, lift access, a children's playground, a kids' club, a bar and a car park are also provided.

The brightly furnished rooms are carpeted and equipped with either double or twin beds, centrally controlled air conditioning, a satellite TV, a safe box and a minibar (both chargeable). Most have a balcony. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. A direct dial telephone also comes in the rooms.

All meals are served in buffet form in the all inclusive concept and there is a late breakfast option. À la carte menus are available for an extra charge.

The hotel has a spa centre with an indoor pool, sauna and hammam and 2 outdoor pools with an aquapark and children's pool. There is a selection of bars by the pool. Massage and spa treatments incur additional fees. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sun terrace and sandy beach for use. Water sports are provided by a private operator on the beach while the hotel has a bowling alley and billiards (extra charge for both) and provides entertainment for adults and children. The hotel additionally features a gym, table tennis, darts and beach volleyball.
