There are four kinds of the Villa with Private Pool, the One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Two Bedroom Beachfront, and Three Bedroom Panoramic Beachfront Villa. For the RePlay Residences suites, there are five different suites to choose; The Studio Suite, Studio Grand Suite, One Bedroom Suite, One Bedroom Grand Suite, and One Bedroom Executive Suite.

The Replay’s restaurant features an international breakfast buffet, a la carte international lunch and dinner with a wide range of Thai, Asian, and Western cuisines. The Replay’s Pool Bar provides a lunch service, drinks and snacks together with in-room dining. The guests can also enjoy afternoon tea with Thai dessert or bakery at the coffee shop.
