Travelling by car from Bangkok to Pattaya will take less than 2 hours. There are two choices of going by the motorway or by the new elevated highway from Bangna to Chonburi, then take the motorway.Rail service that runs once a day connects Bangkok to Pattaya Station Departure from Hua Lamphong Railway Station, Bangkok Daily at 06.55 a.m Arriving Pattaya at 10.30 am at the cost of Baht 31 net. If arrived by a bus on your arrival, you can use collective pick-up taxi call "Baht – Bus" or "Songtheaw" which should take you anywhere in town for around Baht 60 – 150 net.
