The air-conditioned city hotel has been completely renovated in a Neoclassical style, its design inspired by the grand history of Athens. It includes decorative elements including hammered steel designs, curved iron columns, a pergola, and elaborate marble floors. On offer are a total of 38 rooms, in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, and lift access. Further facilities include a lobby bar, a restaurant, a conservatory, a roof garden, conference facilities, and a public Internet connection. Laundry and room services round up the facilities on offer, and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

The interior decorators have paid attention to the smallest of details in every one of the rooms. The accommodation is quiet and comfortably furnished with views over the paved historical district of Makrigianni, and comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, and a hire safe. From the first to the fourth floor, there are eight rooms on every floor, while on the sixth floor there are six deluxe rooms with large terraces and spectacular views over the Acropolis.
