The air-conditioned business hotel faces the sea, and was fully remodelled in a traditional architectural style, paying respect to its Greek heritage. There are 130 rooms in total, and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a TV lounge, bar, restaurant, conference facilities and a car park. Public Internet and a WLAN access point, room service and a laundry service are offered at an extra charge.

The en suite guest rooms are simply decorated with direct or partial sea views, featuring an en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, central heating and a private balcony or terrace. The hotel has a main restaurant with terrace offering an American buffet breakfast and an à la carte or buffet lunch and dinner. The restaurant specialises in Mediterranean cuisine and offers excellent service.

From El. Venizelos airport, drive towards Elefsina and take exit 14-15 for Marathonos Avenue. Then turn right towards Marathonas/Rafina. Continue along Marathonos Avenue for about 14 km and turn right into Kyanis Aktis Street. At the end of the road, turn right into Poseidonos Avenue. The hotel is about 300 metres along on the left-hand side.
