The apartment hotel was inaugurated in 2005. The establishment welcomes guests 7 days a week in a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services and offers them a pleasant stay with every modern convenience close to the Medieval Cité de Carcassonne. There are 29 guest rooms available, the premises are air-conditioned and there is lift access to the upper levels. Moreover, there is a children's playground for younger guests to enjoy, as well as a café and a restauran. Conference facilities are available to business travellers and guests can take advantage of the room service and the car park.

From the motorway, take exit 24 (Carcassonne east) in the direction of 'centre ville'. Go straight ahead at the roundabout and at the traffic lights then the hotel will be 200 m further on the left-side.
