Exterior: This is a traditional grey slate Victorian building in keeping with the surrounding architecture.
Lobby: The medium sized lobby is decorated in traditional style. The furniture and colour scheme is a little dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Comfortable seating is available.

The hotel has 76 en-suite rooms that are decorated to a good standard in a modern style with cream and chocolate brown furnishings. Welcome refreshment tray, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, iron and roning board, colour TV with interactive movies, radio, satellite and terrestrial channels.
