Damson Dene Hotel

The hotel enjoys a really lovely and tranquil setting, surrounded by some of the Lake District's most spectacular scenery, with an open log fire and oak beams. This charming establishment offers a total of 37 rooms. Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, bar, breakfast/ dining room and a car park.

Each room offers en-suite bath or shower room, TV, radio, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilites and direct dial telephone. All are comfortably appointed.

A breakfast buffet is served daily. Lunch and dinner are offered as set menus or à la carte.

The hotel are about 15 minutes drive from Junction 36 of the M6. After leaving the motorway, follow the A590 signposted to Barrow in Furness. After about 8 km, turn right onto the A5074 signposted to Bowness and Windermere. Keep on that road for 8 km (without turning into the village of Crosthwaite) and you will see the hotel on your right.
