This is a very popular hotel, particularly with families, thanks to its family-friendly atmosphere and amenities. This is an established hotel with a total of 206 rooms, including 10 suites. It is well known in Olu Deniz and is one of the larger beach hotels at the resort. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon. There is a TV lounge and a satellite TV area with large screen TV and the younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground or the kids' club. There are refreshments available at the bar and the restaurant, and guests have conference facilities and Internet access at their disposal. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry service (charges apply) and there is parking available for those arriving by car. It is also possible for guests to hire bicycles on the premises (for an additional fee).

The rooms are comfortably furnished and feature tiled floors. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer twin or double beds and a sofa bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a safe and a minibar (charges apply). Furthermore, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard and all rooms have a balcony or terrace.
