The resort is set amidst natural surrounding in the middle of Aga Wood and Longan Orchard with a panoramic view of Chiang Rai's scenic hills. The hotel is the ideal destination for those who yearn for true relaxation, peacefulness and proximity to nature, all with the comfort of warm and friendly service from the hotel's team of staff. Guests are offered 28 rooms in total and a range of facilities, including a lobby, restaurant, conferences facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, a car park and a bicycle hire service.

The resort offers spacious, cosy and charmingly decorated rooms which are equipped with all essential amenities including individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, an en suite bathroom with hot water shower, hairdryer, minibar/fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests staying at the villas can also relax on their own veranda set amidst the botanical gardens.

An American/continental/Thai breakfast buffet is served each morning. An à la carte menu is available throughout the day including vegetarian, international, popular Thai and northern Thai favourites. Guests may also select lunch and dinner from set menus.

Guests can choose to relax by the outdoor swimming pool on the sun loungers provided, go for a run on the jogging track around the fish pond, cycle or take a stroll to explore the botanical gardens and discover a variety of fruits and herbs planted at the resort. Alternatively, they can relax in the sauna or be pampered by an array of spa and massage treatments (fees apply to both) and services provided by the traditional medicine clinic and spa, which is operated by a certified health practitioner.
