Surrounded by a garden, this air-conditioned city hotel comprises two 37-storey towers with a total of 1,287 rooms. The impressive lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, safe, a currency exchange counter and a cloakroom. There is a securely monitored exit door onto Benjasiri public park so hotel guests can have quick access for exercise or a shortcut of 5-minutes' walk to the famous 'Emporium' shopping mall.

The hotel is 40 kilometres from Suvarnabhume Airport via expressway. Exit at either Sukhumvit or TA-Rue to arrive at the hotel within 30 minutes of driving. The hotel is on Sukhumvit 22.
