Talisman Bab Al Salam, a 300 years old Damascene house with Three courtyards, Liwan, small Qa'aa and antique equipment 12 rooms and suites and a private apartment. Located in the heart of Old Damascus city, beside one of the oldest gate of the seven damascene gates, Bab Al Salam Peace Gate twenty minutes from the airport, five minutes walking to the historian Bab Toma Saint Thomas Gate two minutes walking from the famous Umayyad Mosque.

The spacious rooms are individually decorated with mother-of-pearl inlaid furniture, coloured glass chandeliers and Oriental carpets. The bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer and are spacious and planned for rest and well-being: finely worked wooden basins with matching mirrors and old cement tiling or beige marble floors. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio, as well as a minibar and centrally regulated air conditioning units.
