The apartment hotel comprises a total of 85 apartments spread over 7 floors. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange counter and Wifi access with fee. There is also a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant available to use. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park. Laundry services and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer.

The apartments come with an en suite bathroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, a hire safe as well as central heating.

Breakfast is on offer each morning.

The outdoor complex offers a freshwater swimming pool and a children's paddling area as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. A snack bar is also at guests' disposal. Sports enthusiasts may like to use the gym. An entertainment programme provides some variation.
