The apartment complex comprises a total of 20 1-bedroom apartments spread over 2 floors with min. capacity for 1 adult and max for 3 adults or 2 adults plus 1 children.

The apartments offer a bedroom and a living/dining room. They all come with a bathroom, satellite/cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Guests can also relax with sun loungers and parasols on the beach for an additional fee.

Gas, water and electricity are included. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning is 2 times per week, towels change is 2 times per week and bed-linen change 1 times per week.
