South Tower Deluxe rooms start from the 9th to the 23rd floors, offering king-size, queen-size or twin rooms, with the option of smoking or non-smoking floors. Disability-friendly rooms are available in the rooms with queen-size beds. The Grand Tower Deluxe Rooms are designed with travellers of the new millennium in mind. The interior details evoke images of Singapore's roots in contemporary style. These rooms start from the 8th to the 20th floors, and offer 1 king-size bed or twin beds, with a choice of smoking or non-smoking floors. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, a mini fridge as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. An iron set, air conditioning and a locker also come as standard. An in-room fax is available on request.

All the restaurant had done an extensive renovation. Chatterbox located at the lobby level 5 has green and brown furniture, serving international and local cuisine. It's also where you get the famous chicken rice. Pine Court Chinese Restaurant located at level 35, reflecting a chic yet dramatic Chinese setting, serving traditional Cantonese and Beijing cuisine. Triple 3 featuring the widest and most imaginative buffet spread of Eastern and Western Flavours. The Observation Lounge is the perfect venue for an afternoon tete-a-tete or simply unwind in the evenings with cocktails over entertainment music.

Recreation facilities include a hotel gym with a range of cardio equipment including exercise bikes and rowing machines, in addition to weight machines and free weights. There is also a sauna and steam room, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool on level five, complete with sun loungers and parasols. For a small additional fee guests can treat themselves to a relaxing massage from one of the hotel's professional masseurs.
