Designed in a unique cottage style with a totally different atmosphere from the busy city lifestyle, the accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful Thousand Island beach. The air-conditioned resort offers guests a total of 45 rooms and amenities including a lobby, children's playground, restaurant, drug store, conference facilities, a bicycle hire service (charged) and for those who arrive by car can park their vehicles in hotel park.

One of the unique cottage style is floating. All of cottages feature a private terrace with ocean view and a private bathroom with shower. In-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV, fridge, individually regulated air conditioning and a king-size bed.

The restaurant is available for all-day dining serving delicious Indonesian, Chinese and western cuisine. À la carte and set menu options are available for lunch and dinner.

To pamper its guests, the accommodation provides lots of fabulous amenities. Guests can relax or swim at the sandy beach or at the outdoor swimming pool, set next to the beach and restaurant. Sun loungers and parasols are also available for guests to use. Ayer Island is well-known for its lots of recreational activities, especially water sports such as jet skiing, surfing, banana boat and canoeing (all subject to an additional fee). Other sport and leisure activities available at this resort include basketball, volleyball, beach volley ball and biking.
