The resort is set in 2.4 hectares of gardens with a multitude of plants and flowers such as roses, jasmine, bougainvillea, and night flowers. In addition to the main building there are 12 smaller buildings encompassing bungalows and hotel rooms. There is also a separate taverna, a snack bar, a pool bar, and a bar with an outdoor area with large-screen TV. The hotel's facilities include an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. There is also a small supermarket, public Internet access and conference facilities. Guests can also make use of the car park and, for an additional fee, the laundry service. Younger guests are offered a children's playground.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a bath/shower, a balcony or terrace, individually regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a radio, a fridge and satellite TV. The suites comprise two seperate rooms with an interconnecting door and offer additional comfort with air conditioning and a TV in each room. The two rooms in the junior suites are separated by blinds and each has air conditioning and a TV. Cots are available for young children.

It is possible to book an all-inclusive stay.

The hotel has its own swimming pool and complimentary sun loungers and parasols. The round Island Bar is located in the middle of the pool. There is a separate shallow pool, a hot tub and sauna, and an in-house gym. Table tennis and digital games are offered for a fee, and volleyball is also available. On the shingle beach, it is possible to hire sun loungers and parasols for an additional fee. Water sports enthusiasts can go canoeing, pedal boating or windsurfing by the beach. There is also an entertainment programme for both adults and children. The international 18-hole golf course in Afandou is about 7 km away.

The air conditioning operates from the start of the season until the end of the season.
