Built in 1960 by the famous Greek architect Aris Konstantinidis, the Xenia hotel building was transformed into a modern designer hotel retaining the 1960s style, this is apparent by the architecture, the minimalist 1960s design features and the interiors. The six fully air-conditioned single storey buildings comprise 52 rooms, of which 38 are double rooms, 2 are single rooms and 12 are suites. An elegant lobby awaits guests with 24-hour reception service, safes, a currency exchange desk and a lift. A café, a lobby bar, a conference room, a lounge area with a TV corner, a public Internet terminal and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with a non-smoking area) also feature within the hotel. Furthermore, there are room and laundry services, medical assistance, a car park and a garage on offer to guests
The designer hotel has a façade of the former Xenia hotel and lies about 300 m from the centre and the sandy beach of Megáli Ammos. The surrounding area offers links to the public transport network (200m from the hotel) and a vast array of shopping facilities (around 70m). Transfer to Mykonos Airport takes about 7 minutes (roughly 2 km).
