The Executive Office, located in the main lobby behind the front desk, offers business services for those in need of faxing and copying. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, a wine and coffee bar, 3 meetings rooms that consist of exhibit space, conference rooms, and banquet facilities. The staff can arrange concierge services, wedding services, event catering, tour assistance and babysitting/childcare. The air-conditioned establishment offers 52 guest rooms in total and further facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services, lift access, a newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, café, restaurant, room service, a car park and a bicycle hire service.

Each room features an LCD TV with premium TV channels, DVD players, cordless telephones, balconies, a fireplace, coffee/tea makers and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The beds feature Italian sheets, signature bedding, and triple sheeting. The bathrooms feature jetted tubs, shower/tub combinations, a hairdryer and bathrobes.
