Description

This is an excellent, very charming property in an excellent location, with a touch of difference from a standard hotel. The service is personalised.
Exterior: The building is in a very attractive, traditional style, dating from la Belle Époque. It is tall and bright. The entrance of the building is very nicely arranged with some wrought iron features for the porch and a heavy wooden door.
Lobby: The lobby is of a medium size, nicely decorated with a stone floor, the main attractive asset being a stunning staircase. There is a small cosy bar area opposite the reception.

Rooms
The air-conditioned rooms are all soundproofed and feature an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, central heating, a double bed and a safe.

Restaurant & Food
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor at the back of the lobby. It is pleasantly decorated in a soft colour scheme, but a bit small.

Directions, How to get there
From the Nice Côte d'Azur international airport take the bus Line 98 and get off at Central Station. From here it is a 10-minute walk to the hotel. By car: take the Promenade des Anglais (sea side) to the city centre. Drive over the Place Masséna and take a left into the first street, Rue Alberti, and continue to the fourth crossing.

This charming hotel is located at the heart of Nice around 500 m from the nearest beach. It is just a short walk to the Acropolis congress centre, beautiful gardens and Cours Saleya with its lively terraces. The hotel also lies within a few minutes walk of links to the public transport network, an array of shops in the pedestrianised zone, the famous Promenade des Anglais and the nearest beach as well as the pretty old town. It is 1.5 km to the railway station and some 8 km (15 minutes on public transport) to Nice International Airport.
