Fully air-conditioned, this ski hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with a fireplace, 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and lift access. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is offered and business guests will appreciate the conference facilities available to them. A laundry service is offered and those guests arriving by vehicle can use the hotel car park (fees apply). Ski storage is available at the hotel.

The hotel's 112 guest rooms come equipped with double beds, a direct dial telephone, flat panel cable TV (with pay per view movies), DVD player, radio and Internet access. The kitchenettes feature refrigerators, microwaves, crockery, utensils and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower and feature complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. Ironing sets are provided and all of the rooms feature individually regulated air conditioning and heating units.

This hotel features a heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna and a gym. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy playing golf at the nearby Whistler Golf Club or exploring the surrounding area by mountain bike.

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. The hotel requires a credit card at check-in and a security deposit.

From Seattle the border crossing is about 176 km. Travelling north take the Interstate 5 (the I-5) to the very last exit before the Canadian border crossing (do not cross the Peace Arch border crossing). Cross into Canada and head north on the highway for about 18 km until intersecting with Route 1 - the Trans Canada Highway. Do not take 1A. Take route 1 West. At Horseshoe Bay Route 1 becomes Highway 99. Whistler is about 1.5 hours from this point.
