The hotel, which was renovated in 2007, features 388 rooms, suites, and serviced suites spread across 37 floors. It is air-conditioned, and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, a café, newspaper stand, mini-supermarket, hairdressing salon, 2 bars and restaurants, an auditorium, games room and TV room. Conference facilities, Internet and WLAN access, and room and laundry services also feature. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

All accommodations are carefully designed to maximize comfort and function. Guest rooms face onto the city, the 10,000 m² roof garden, or the world's second longest river, the Yangtze.
