There is no formal reception desk at check-in. Instead the process has been simplified as guests arrive to a warm greeting in the lobby lounge with a complimentary glass of juice, wine or coffee. The Check-in itself happens either by the coffee bar or on the sofas. The staff operate with portable tablet PC's. The result. a swift and seem less check-in process. Directions, How to get there
From Stansted airport take the Stansted Express direct to Liverpool St station (30mins). The hotel is next to this station. From Heathrow Airport take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station. Then take the underground (Hammersmith or Circle line) to Liverpool Street Station. If arriving by car, take the M4 for 16 km, before continuing on the A4. Join the A315 and pass Hyde Park Corner (4.8 km) and then return onto the A4 for a further 9.7 km (follow signs for the city) before turning left off Threadneedle Street. The hotel is adjacent to Liverpool Street train station. From Gatwick Airport take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station and then take the underground (Circle line) to Liverpool Street Station. If driving from Gatwick, follow the M23 to Central London and then follow the clearly marked signs to the City of London and then Liverpool Street Station.
