TerrazaMar SunSuite has 306 double apartments (10 of them equipped for handicapped), each of approx. 80 m2, whereof 40 m2 are terraces to enable you to fully enjoy our enviable climate. Once you are unpacked and comfortably installed you will appreciate the calm atmosphere obtained thanks to a delicate and functional decoration based on pastel colours and harmonious lines. They are equipped in a way that you will feel at home immediately: telephone, independent bedroom (twin beds with latex mattresses), sitting room with TV (parabolic antenna), convertible sofa-bed and ventilator. TerrazaMar SunSuite is lying half way up the hill on the sunny side of the valley of Puerto Rico and is built in terraces in order to allow a splendid panorama-view over the whole area. The complex is about 300 m. from the shopping centre with an ecumenical church (in construction), medical centers, tourist information office, sports installations and an aqua park near by. 200 m. away you will find a bus stop from where you can go by regular buses to, for instance, Las Palmas (70 km.), the airport of Gran Canaria (50 km.), Maspalomas or charming little villages in the interior of the island.
