The highest floors form part of the executive level - Grand Club - and offer VIP access and special services. Rodriguez and then left into Blvd. Agua Caliente. Go straight ahead until the hotel tower comes into view on the right-hand side. Those arriving from San Diego International Airport should take Freeway 5, cross the border and drive onto Av. Puente Mexico. Go straight ahead and take Av. Paseo de los Heroes. Turn right on Abelardo L. Rodriguez, and then left into Blvd. Agua Caliente. Go straight ahead until the hotel tower comes into view on the right-hand side.
