This 7-storey hotel comprises a total of 74 rooms of which 7 are suites and 4 are apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a TV room, as well as conference facilities and Internet access. Furthermore, guests are offered a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and a hairdresser's salon. Room and laundry services may also be taken advantage of. There is a car park outside the hotel for those arriving by car.

From the North/ West: turn right on the A3 Leverkusen/ Bayern Werk, then leave the A3 and continue in the direction of the city centre/ Leverkusen/ Stadium/ Bayer AG, on the Willy Brandt ring road until the T junction and then turn left onto the B8. Continue on Friedrich Ebert Straße. After the 5th traffic light, turn off to the right and continue in the direction of Köln-Flittard. Guests will now find themselves in Roggendorfstraße. From East/ South: on A3/E35 from Köln Mülheim, take exit 25 on the Mülheim approach road to the T junction, then turn right towards Leverkusen/Köln-Flittard/Köln-Stammheim B8/Clevischer ring road. Continue on Düsseldorfer Strasse until reaching the 5th set of traffic lights. Here, turn left into Roggendorfstraße. By train from the exhibition centre: take the S6 towards Essen and get out at the stop Bayerwerk Leverkusen. Then take the 152/ 151 2 stations to Flittard Süd.
