The hotel, dating from 1905, is the most impressive Art Nouveau building in Estonia. It was opened after extensive renovation in 1999 and is among the most outstanding attractions in Pärnu. It is not only a fascinating building to look at, but also a renowned world-class hotel and restaurant, which hosts regular and varied concerts and exhibitions. With a total of 19 rooms on offer, the hotel welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe. Further facilities include a café, bar, conference facilities, Internet access and room and laundry services. Those guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park, and those looking to explore the area on their own steam may hire a bicycle from the hotel.
The hotel is located in a marvellous garden near the beach. It is surrounded by magnificent parks and lime tree avenues. Only a 10-minute walk away, guests will find the centre of town, the Endla Theatre, the Pärnu Concert Hall and the shopping district. The famous Blue Flag beach of Pärnu, with its white sand, is even closer; it is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the sea, blue in the glittering summer, grey in the stormy autumn and ice-white in the crisp winter. Access to public transport is roughly 1 km away, and the train station is around 4 km from the hotel.
