The hotel is immersed in an exuberant landscape and offers a true ecological surrounding with plants, flowers and tropical birds in their natural habitat. The hotel provides a peaceful refuge when the intensity of nature overwhelms. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and has a total of 128 rooms. It is air-conditioned and includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. In addition, there is a café, bar, games room, TV room, restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. Room and laundry services, a play area and a car park are also available.

The hotel includes 4 comfortable suites with living rooms overlooking the Iguazu River. The standard rooms are 22 m² in size and come with air conditioning, central heating, cable TV, direct dial telephone and a minibar. They also offer a in-room safe, hairdryer, king-size bed and a balcony/terrace.

A breakfast and evening buffet are served. Midday and evening meals are available from à la carte menus.
