The hotel has a total of 500 rooms spread over 4 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a lobby with a safe, a currency exchange facility, and a lift. Furthermore the hotel has its own café, hairdressers, games rooms, 2 restaurants, a deli sandwich shop, 2 lounge bars, a playground and conference facilities. The following services are also available for an additional fee: public Internet access and a WLAN access point. Room and laundry services (for an added fee) complete the range of services offered. There is also a laundrette offered to hotel guests. The hotel also has a bike rental station (charges apply) on site. A car park may also be used by guests arriving by car.

The newly renovated rooms are furnished to high standard.
