Minimum Age for Guestroom Occupancy Requirement: Each guestroom requires all occupants to be a minimum age of 21 years. Guest under the above age requirement that wish to reside at hotel must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid government issued photo identification will be required as proof of age.
Exterior: Large stand-alone structure. 11 floors, 10 of which are spacious guestrooms each with its own private balcony.
Lobby: Open 24 hours, the lobby area is tropically decorated, one can comfortably socialize or relax in this area. The restaurant, pool and bar is easily accessed from the lobby where all guestrooms require access via the two lifts or staircase.

Pastel yellow and royal blue print with white-washed wood furnishings. Spacious guestrooms offer private balcony with a spectacular river and city view. One king or two queen beds, table with chairs and/or desk, full-sized dresser drawers, private bath facilities with bath/shower combo, vanity and hairdryer. Guestroom amenities include television armoire with two dresser drawers, cable channels, remote control television, internet access & pay-per-view movies. Direct dial telephone with data port & voicemail, clock radio, coffeemaker, microwave, mini-refrigerator and iron & ironing board, individual controlled air conditioning and/or heating, electronic door locks and in-room safe.

Atlantic Sam's situated just off the main reception desk, open daily serving a scrumptious buffet breakfast. Poolside Tiki Bar open weather permitting and seasonally, serves lite fare for lunch and refreshing beverages.

There is a heated swimming pool in the hotel grounds. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a workout in the gym.
