The hotel comprises a 20-storey building housing a total of 290 rooms. It is fully air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, as well as a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, cloak room and lift access. There is an on-site café, restaurant and bar, as well as conference facilities and Internet access (fees apply). Room and laundry services are provided, whilst guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel's own private car park (fees apply).

The guest rooms are air-conditioned and contemporary in style and design. En suite bathrooms with shower, bathtub and hairdryer come as standard. Check-in time is 2 pm, whilst check-out is before 12-noon. Late check-out is possible, but a half day charge applies to guests leaving before 6 pm, whilst a full day charge applies to guests who leave after 6 pm.
