The road merges into York Place, and then County Place, and the hotel is situated on the right-hand side. From Dundee: follow the A85 road sign to Perth, and take the slip road for the M90. Continue and come off at junction 11 (Broxden Roundabout) and follow signs for town centre. Follow the road to a roundabout at Frews Garage, go through the roundabout to the swimming baths on the right hand side, and the road merges into York Place, then County Place. The Hotel is situated on the right-hand side.
