The hotel occupies an old building and during restoration, the life of one of its' previous occupants was revealed in a secret diary which was discovered hidden in a wall. It was written by the daughter of the owner, who was a tailor and tells of her secret love for a Turkish officer. Now the building is a 6-floor hotel offering accommodation in an elegantly renovated interior with a 24hr reception, meeting room and breakfast room and free Wi-Fi access.
In the heart of Istanbul, the hotel is in a great location for experiencing all that the city has to offer. Taxim Square is just 160m away and many entertainment venues and shops are to be found in this area as well as public transport with links to Sultanahmet.
