Built in 2001, this 3-storey apartment complex was built in 2001 and has a total of 70 rooms, of which 12 are doubles and 58 are apartments. The hotel lobby contains a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, shops, hairdresser and a café. There is also a bar, a games room, a TV room and an à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. Younger guests may let off steam in the kids club or the play area and those arriving at the hotel by car may make use of the hotel's car park Room service and medical assistance round off the services on offer on the complex.

The comfortable en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a minibar, a fridge, carpeting and a safe. A final cleaning service is on offer.
