The establishment comprises 15 Lanna-style villas and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and on-site facilities include a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. A laundry service is provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the car park or garage.

Each of the Lanna-style villas has been specially decorated with wooden furniture. They are surrounded by tropical lush gardens and connected by a wooden walking bridge over a man-made canal. The en suite bathrooms feature a shower/bathtub, whilst in-room amenities include a double bed, a direct dial telephone, a television, Internet access, a minibar/mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. An ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and a terrace also feature.

The hotel's exclusive restaurant is located by the river. Guests can choose between the air-conditioned indoor area or dining al fresco in a romantic open-air atmosphere.
