The hotel has an outdoor swimming circular shaped pool and a small plunge pool with lots of garden space and room for sun loungers. There is a fitness centre with cardio equipment and some weight machines. There is a golf course just 1km away as well as the popular Dar Es Salaam Yacht Club for sailing, fishing and yachting. There is a 24 hour business centre, good conferencing facilities and plenty of parking for guests.

From the south (city centre), follow Ali Hassan Mwinyi/Bagamoyo Road towards Mwenge (and Bagamoyo). After Salender Bridge turn right on to Haile Selassie Road. Make a left turn into Chole Road and left again onto Slipway Road. The hotel is on the left-hand side at the curve before turning towards The Slipway. From the south-west (airport), follow Nyerere Road to the city, and then turn left onto Kawawa Road. Turn right onto Bagamoyo Road. Turn left onto Haile Selassie Road. Take a left turn onto Chole Road and left again on Slipway Road. The hotel is on the left-hand side at the curve before turning towards The Slipway.
