This hotel is located in Balestier Road, a lovely area providing easy access to various attractions and places of interest. There is a public bus stop just outside the hotel with buses running to all major areas in Singapore, such as Orchard Road, Raffles Place, Chinatown and Harbour Front. Novena Square, Novena MRT station and Velocity shopping centre are all around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, lift access, a cafe, Internet corner with workstation and a laundry service.

The comfortable rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, an attached bathroom with shower and heater and basic amenities such as a TV with selected cable channels, a direct dial telephone, ironing set, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and Internet access (fees apply). The Standard (no window) and Twin rooms offer either two single beds or one queen-size bed.

Continental breakfast is available at either the hotel cafe, located on level 1, or alfresco on level 7 by the pool. Guests also have a wide range of dining options in the many restaurants and eating outlets located nearby.

From the airport, a 25 minute cab ride, via the city expressway, would bring you to the hotel. The MRT (subway) connection from the airport can bring one to the nearest station, Novena MRT Station and a short taxi or bus ride will bring you to the hotel.
