Oktroi Plaza is a multi functional and prestigious commercial building located in the Kemang area. Designed in semi-classical architecture, the building which consists of seven floors and two basements reflects the exclusive image of the activities in the surrounding neighborhood.

Oktroi Plaza has a very unique place to stay, with 13 rooms exclusive units including a living area with kitchenette and also has a hotel room that we call deluxe room.

Nutmeg Cuisine and Bar; Facilities to treat your taste, with International dishes, Dutch and Japanese specialties. Nutmeg is the right place to hang out for lunch and dinner, for birthday party, gathering, arisan, or you just if need a place to meet someone and have an exclusive afternoon tea in an ambiance of stylish modern decoration.

An exclusive swimming pool at the highest floor completed with a Jacuzzi and the gym at the fifth floor as a facility for apartment guests also open for public and members. Also used for events at the pool side & bar. Cemara Spa, Salon and Reflexology; Spa Treatment facilities where guests can rejuvenate and unwind offered with Indonesian hospitality. Wellness Clinic; The clinic is at third floor of Oktroi Plaza Building, open for public, and cooperating with the Brawijaya women & children hospital.
