This hotel comprises a total of 516 rooms spread over nine 3-storey buildings, including 18 suites. The complex includes a spacious foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket and a Caribbean inner courtyard with a seating terrace and fountains. Guests are also offered a shop, a boutique, a hairdresser, 3 bars, a nightclub and a buffet restaurant as well as 3 air-conditioned specialty restaurants (Caribbean, Brazilian, Mexican). Further facilities include a conference room and a public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park or garage facilities. For younger guests there is a kids' club available for 4-12 year olds (10 am to 5 pm).
