This city hotel consists of a total of 312 rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception. Facilities include air conditioning, lift access, breakfast and dining rooms, and room service. The hotel also has the most luxurious and comfortable multi-functional banquet hall on Sanya Bay, with modern facilities that can seat around 500 people. It is possible to divide the hall into two parts with the movable clapboard. The hall is fitted with professional conference facilities, including modern audiovisual equipment. The other 5 conference rooms are also used for different activities such conferences, banquets and board meetings. They can hold 30 to 100 people and are all equipped with wireless Internet access and simultaneous interpretation systems.

All rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, safe, air conditioning, a balcony, ironing set, tap with drinking water, minibar, water boiler and broadband Internet access. Each also features a shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, safe and individually regulated heating.

The Royal Restaurant with Chinese cuisine can seat about 180 people and was elegantly designed using classic stylistic elements. It offers Cantonese, Hunan and local cuisine.
