This modern apartment hotel, which opened in 2004 and was renovated in 2006, is ideally situated for business and leisure travellers. It comprises a total of 300 apartments, and offers additional facilities such as heating support systems, a 24-hour security control system and a business centre with fax, copy, ticket booking and express mail services. Further facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/ check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a café, a mini supermarket and a restaurant. It also offers wireless Internet access. Guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services for an additional fee and there is parking (charges apply) for those arriving by car.

All of the apartments features an open kitchen with crockery and food, a dining table, a private bathroom and plug-in Internet access. Guests may choose between 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites. The 2-bedroom suites feature a king-size bed and a single bed, a living room with open kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a desk and a private bathroom. Furthermore, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a minibar, a microwave and an ironing set are provided in all accommodation as standard. The air conditioning is individually adjustable.

Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet, and the midday and evening meals may be enjoyed from a set menu, with an additional à la carte option in the evenings.

The hotel is located next to the East Third Ring Road. After the Huawei Bridge, go east for 100 m (behind Capital Library), then turn right and the hotel will be right there.
