The lush, leafy frontage of the boutique hotel conceals a carefully restored 1960s villa of special character that gives guests an insight into the architecture of a period when Phnom Penh was known as the honeymoon capital of Asia. Comprising a total of 22 guest rooms, the property features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a children's playground, a café and a restaurant. In addition, wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, and bicycle hire are available to guests.

The hotel was restored by a team led by a Cambodian architect and a landscape designer and has rooms providing single, double, twin and suite accommodation with double or king-size beds and standard facilities. All rooms are equipped with individually regulated air conditioning, central heating, satellite/cable TV, a safe box, telephone, fridge and electric 220V socket. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. In addition, the rooms contain Internet access, a kitchen or kitchenette, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a balcony or terrace.

Guests can enjoy food and drinks throughout the day at the terrace café on the ground floor, or relax in the comfortable outdoor seating surrounded by plants in the hotel's garden.
